After a legal battle, Boldface Licensing + Branding is changing the name of Khroma Beauty by Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian to Kardashian Beauty.

The name change ends the licensing dispute between Boldface Lee Tillett Inc., an Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based company that sells a line called Kroma Makeup. Boldface is selling the remainder of it’s Khroma Beauty stock before Kardashian Beauty hits shelves in four weeks.

Khloe posted on her website:

That’s right, we want to give you products that are true to who we are and that’s why we are giving our makeup products our Kardashian name. You still get our amazing quality products and a fab design, but now you can share our Kardashian name too!
